Seminar Room Booking Rules (Students)
- Eligibility: Available to registered University of Zululand students only.
- Booking Required: Seminar rooms must be booked online before use.
- Access Procedure: Present your booking confirmation email and a valid UNIZULU student card at the Short Loan desk to collect the key.
- Key Deposit: Your student card will be held while the key is in use and returned upon key return.
- Time Limit: Maximum booking is 2 hours per day per student.
- Academic Use Only: Rooms are strictly for study purposes - not for meetings, religious gatherings, or lectures.
- Capacity: Maximum of 10 students per seminar room.
- Furniture: Do not move furniture in or out of the rooms.
- Noise Levels: Keep discussions at a reasonable volume. Rooms are not soundproof.
